"Navigating the Medicaid system for my sister Fran proved to be daunting for me.  Thanks however to Holly Gemme and her very capable staff my sister was able to receive the services she so desperately needed.  Holly is tenacious and proved to be the kindest person to work with to successfully complete the required paperwork.  Holly gives peace of mind in a patient, loving and knowledgeable way.  She and her staff  are the best and we highly recommend her."    - Bonnie Ferretti

"I have called upon Holly for assistance in caring for two disabled relatives.  When I was at a lost, not knowing which way to turn, Holly always came to rescue with clear advice and helped me formulate a plan.  I was always confident with Holly because she is truly an expert in this field with many years of experience.  I have recommended her many times to my friends and family."   - Kathy Meaghan

"Can't imagine getting through the very complex  Medicaid process without a professional like Holly. Can always count on her in whatever situation may come up to handle things with patience and with compassion, putting your mind at ease as you go through a very difficult time. Thanks for being there."    - Lynn Perry-Cohen

"It was a pleasure working with Holly for three of my relatives: my husband, Milton Plotz-Pierce, my sister-in-law, Minna Leib, and my mother-in-law, Dina Press Plotz. You helped them all get on Medicaid and be accepted for home health care.  Thanks for all you did!"   - Deborah Plotz-Pierce

"I was referred to Holly a number of years ago when I needed to get my mother help by signing her up for Medicaid. We met with Holly and she explained all the items we needed to do in detail and specifically the documents that we had to gather. She was refreshing in her attitude toward us and after two visits, we provided the material so she could assist my mother to obtain the assistance she needed. She guided us through the Medicaid process to help cover the costs of a private homecare worker that helped my mother a great deal. Her newsletters keep her clients up to date on the changing laws of Medicaid by explaining clearly the ins and outs of these complicated laws. Holly enjoys the work with Medicaid applications but I know her true love is case management. Most elderly aim to stay in their homes as long as possible rather than choosing to enter nursing homes. Her weekly visits to the elderly in their home and her supervision of homecare, bill paying, medical appointments, managing expense money etc., is a tremendous service to the individual and the Community." - C. J. Parente

Holly helped me find a place for my Dad to live when he came back from Florida. She helped me set up the trust etc. for mom once she got sick and needed help....and now she helps us with the re-certification that the state now needs every 6 months. Holly has been very helpful to our family!   - Natalie Maio

"I have known Holly for over 20 years when she helped with the nursing home placement of my partners parents in a care facility. When my 92 year old friend and client reached out to me for help I immediately reached out to Holly.  Her response was immediate. Because of the round the clock homecare provided by her agency, Inge was able to remain in her home. Holly visited Inge weekly and was like a member of her family. She visited doctors with Inge and helped her with paperwork. If asked if I would seek Holly's help again, the answer is 'in a moment.' " - Stephen Katz, CPA

"Our family is so grateful to Holly and her staff for their excellent care of my aunt during the final year of her life. My aunt had suffered from Multiple Sclerosis since her early twenties and in the last 10 years also had dementia and Alzheimer's. She was well taken care of by her husband and daughter for many years but the last 12 months of her life were very trying. Not only was she bedridden and dealt with many different illnesses, but her husband became extremely ill and was in the hospital himself for an extended period of time. It was very difficult for her daughter to have both of her parents so sick at the same time. We had managed to hire a few people on our own but one of the main caregivers also became very sick and could no longer care for my aunt. At that time my uncle remembered what exceptional care that Holly had given to his parents years before and asked that I contact her and ask her to help us. Holly is such a genuine and compassionate person and not only did a wonderful job of helping us choose just the right caregiver for my aunt, but she managed everything from ordering supplies, dispersing funds for the care of my aunt and making sure medications were refilled on time (to name just a few of the things she did). She was literally a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and a caring and loving visitor to my aunt and her family. She would come and sit with us when my aunt was admitted to the hospital on numerous occasions and reassure my aunt that all would be well. When it became clear that my aunt was within days of passing, Holly came and sat with my aunt to give us a much needed break. We were so impressed with Holly's ability to ease our minds, provide us with excellent advice and for her calming spirit. We will forever be thankful for all that she and her staff did to help us. Everyone should be blessed enough to have a Holly in their lives if they ever need home health care.     -  R. Sanders

"Just  wanted to say thank you, Holly, for helping our family at a time of need. Our family was not aware of available services, rights, and how to proceed to keep mom home in a familiar environment in her time of need. You made this transition stress free for us by helping us with setting up her trust, homecare and medicaid planning. Thank you for always taking our calls and being at our disposal whenever we need you."  - Kim Marie Defrancisci

"Holly Gemme was a valued and dedicated elder care services provider for both my parents. She knowledgeably guided us through the complex morass of medical and nursing home legislation and requirements, and she successfully made it possible for my parents to receive necessary care at the right time.  She also took a personal interest in my parents and was warm and helpful to them.  Additionally, Holly spent much time on the phone with me, answering difficult questions and providing comfort.  She was a good friend and a true professional, and I recommend her highly."  - Sonia Beker
