I hope you are all well and in good health. I have opened a second office in NYC. My new address is 77 Water Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10005. My Staten Island office is still located at 108 Crystal Ave. Staten Island, NY 10302. I will be seeing clients at both locations.
I am still busy with Medicaid applications, Nursing Home and Assisted living placements, home care arrangements, and case management. Home care arrangements are provided by A. Lira Eldercare Registry. We have 24-hour shifts for $143 per shift. The hourly rate for home care is $11 per hour. We require a minimum of a 6-hour shift. Our agency fee is 18% of salary paid. I have 100 workers ready to go on a moments notice. Please visit our website aliraeldercare.com to find our employer contract. Once I receive a signed contract I will provide a worker within hours.
Case management services are provided to clients who have family living at a distance or who have an attorney handling their finances but have no children. I visit the client weekly, drop off expense money weekly, escort the client to the doctor, arrange the doctor appointments, supervise medication, and assign and supervise home care workers. I also do personal shopping for clothes, sundries or any item the client desires. If you have a client in need of my case management services please have them call 718-442-2414. I am basically providing the services that a child would do for an elderly parent, and am truly a "daughter for hire."
Finally, as many of you know, I remarried last year. My husband does siding installation and repairs, roof installation and repairs, cleans gutters and fixes leaks of all sorts. No job is too small. You can reach Antonio at the same number above if you need any repairs or work on your home.
